Limitations on Unbundled Access. 11.5.1 ETC shall access BA’s unbundled Network Elements specifically identified in this Agreement via Collocation in accordance with Section 13 at the BA Wire Center where those elements exist and each ULL or Port shall be delivered to ETC’s Collocation by means of a Cross Connection.
