Limitations on Use and Access. Unless you have our prior written consent, you may not: (a) permit a third party to initiate any service we provide you on your behalf; or (b) use any services we provide you to process transactions on behalf of others.
Limitations on Use and Access. The Software will be accessible only to the Authorized Users each using an individual username and password set up by Customer via the Software. AgencyPort will provide to Customer the capability necessary to set up such passwords and to allow the number of Authorized Users paid for by Customer to simultaneously access the Software in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Customer represents, warrants and covenants that Authorized Users will agree to access the Software solely in connection with Customer's exercise of the rights and licenses granted to it hereunder. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and any exhibits attached hereto, Customer will have no right to access the Software other than through the Hosting Environment.
