Limited implies a reduced workload during the whole of the academic year or nine-month appointment year, or a full or reduced workload during portions of the academic year or nine-month appointment year. a. Reduced Appointments. Reduced appointments, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §§ 354.66, and 354B.31 regarding part-time employment, may be granted by the President to those faculty members who meet statutory eligibility criteria. b. Part-time faculty members with an appointment other than (1) those covered in (a) above, or (2) an adjunct appointment, shall receive salary on a pro rata basis, and shall be eligible for fringe benefits as listed elsewhere in this Agreement.
