Limited Partner Reports to Partnership. (a) The Partnership agrees that the Partnership Agreement does and will continue to provide that each Limited Partner that has received a Limited Partner Distribution for a Partnership Fiscal Year will provide to the Partnership audited financial statements for the distributions and expenses during such Partnership Fiscal Year within 90 days of the Partnership Fiscal Year-end and that the financial statements will show the expenses by category in a manner consistent with section 4.3.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Business Partners Red Hat has entered into agreements with other organizations (“Business Partners”) to promote, market and support certain Software and Services. When Client purchases Software and Services through a Business Partner, Red Hat confirms that it is responsible for providing the Software and Services to Client under the terms of this Agreement.   • New Partners No person shall be admitted as a Partner of the Partnership except with the consent of all the Partners who shall determine the terms and conditions upon which such admission is to be effective.
