Common use of Limited Release Tags Clause in Contracts

Limited Release Tags. Cape Air has the right to refuse to accept baggage that does not meet the standards in this Contract of Carriage. In cases where Cape Air accepts baggage for transport under the condition that the Customer agrees to have affixed to the baggage a limited release tag, the Customer is hereby on notice that Cape Air is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay to such baggage.
