NO-SHOW. If the Student has not checked into the Student’s assigned room by Friday, September 04, 2020, or contacted UCF DHRL to arrange for a later move in, the Student shall be declared a no-show. If the Student is declared a no-show, the Student’s agreement shall be automatically cancelled by UCF DHRL, and the Student will be assessed a cancellation fee of $1,000.00.

NO-SHOW. When a Passenger fails to honor a segment of their travel and fails to contact Cape Air in advance of departure time to inform Cape Air that they will not be on the flight.

A “No Show” occurs when a resident fails to pick up their keys by 5pm on the first day or class or within 7 calendar days of their assignment being made, whichever comes later, or a student who notifies RLSH they will not be claiming occupancy as of the first day of the License Agreement Term. No Shows constitute an automatic termination of the License Agreement, and the appropriate No Show Fee will be charged to the student’s Bursar’s Account in accordance with Section VIII.

NO-SHOW. 16.2.4.1. If the Cardholder does not arrive and has not can- celled their booking prior to the cancellation dead- line, the hotel is entitled to charge the Cardholder for one night. The hotel must issue a Receipt, which must contain the following information:
a) The name of the hotel b) The price of a one-night stay plus any taxes and fees
NO-SHOW. An applicant who has submitted an electronically signed Contract, but does not officially check into an assigned room by 4 p.m. on the first day of classes will be considered a no-show and the Contract will be terminated. Cancellation fees are applicable to all such applicants and will be assessed according to the Cancellation Fee Schedule contained herein. If you will be arriving past the 4 p.m. deadline on the first day of class you must follow the procedures and notice requirements contained in the Housing/Food Services Booklet.
NO-SHOW. No refunds shall be given if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date and has failed to notify Hertz in due time. You are responsible of the rented vehicle. In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle, you must immediately inform Hertz in writing up to 24H. Otherwise, and if the landlord was challenged by an opposing insurance company, then you would be liable for file processing fee of 1200 MAD VAT. In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle, you must immediately inform Hertz in writing. Hertz will then be entitled to take all measures which it deems necessary to protect its rights. You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss...) to the Vehicle unless it is demonstrated that Hertz is directly responsible for such confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle.
