Common use of Limited Review Clause in Contracts

Limited Review. The Design-Builder acknowledges that the Owner may limit its review of the Construction Documents to: 2.1.2.11.1 A cursory review that is superficial, brief, and limited as the Owner, in its sole discretion may choose to do; or 2.1.2.11.2 Such review as may be required to enable the Owner to determine rate of progress; or 2.1.2.11.3 Such review as may be required for the limited purposes of determining whether the Construction Documents are consistent with the User’s Program; or 2.1.2.11.4 Such review as may be required for the limited purposes of determining whether to approve a progress payment to the Design-Builder.
