Limited Waiver of Right of Access. Representatives or agents of the Union, who are neither the Designated Business Representative nor a bargaining unit employee of the Company, shall only be authorized and permitted to enter upon the Company's premises upon obtaining written permission from the Project Manager in accordance with this Section 2A.5.
