Limiting Collection. (a) The collection of Personal Information is limited to those purposes necessary for administering, promoting and advertising the Summer Company Initiative and contacting Participants.

Field Hockey Nova Scotia will collect information by fair and lawful means and will not collect personal information indiscriminately. Field Hockey Nova Scotia will specify the amount and the type of information collected which will be limited to information that is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.
