Open Data. The Recipient agrees that the Province may publicly release the Agreement and any Reports submitted under the Agreement, whether in hard copy or in electronic form, on the internet or otherwise.
Open Data. The Province reserves the right to publish Agreement information as open data. This includes Recipient contact information, financial terms, key dates, and outcomes or outputs.

Open Data. If, according to a CEPI policy, Partner Know-How is to be published such shall only occur, provided such Partner Know-How does not contain any Background Technology of the Partner, or Improvements to Background Technology of the Partner, and provided the JMAG has made a decision on this beforehand, taking the Partner’s reasonable concerns into account.

The Vendor shall provide General Bikeshare Feed Specification data that will allow third party developers to provide applications to assist users in finding bicycles, and stations, and comparing travel and usage information consistent with reports from other US systems. This data shall be anonymized.
