Common use of Limits on Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Limits on Arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, or subtract from, the terms of this agreement. Both parties agree to be bound by the award of the arbitrator and agree that judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction where such award does not conflict with or deny the powers and duties of the Board granted by legislative act.
