Limits on Reimbursement. The State will not reimburse the Subrecipient for premium rate overtime unless the State has given its prior written approval for such overtime. The State will reimburse the Subrecipient for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred in the performance of this Grant subject, however, to the reimbursement limitations for state employees. The State will not reimburse the Subrecipient for meals taken during travel not requiring an overnight stay away from home.
