Limits on Use of Google User Data. A Customer User may enable a Gmail integration in the Application that will allow the Customer User to read, write, send, and delete emails from the Customer User’s Gmail account via the Application. Although Orbit will have access to certain information received from the Google APIs for the Customer User (“Google User Data”), Orbit’s use and transfer of Google User Data is subject to, and will comply with, the Data Processing Addendum and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. As required by Google’s policies, Orbit will only use Google User Data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Application, and Orbit will only disclose Google User Data (a) to provide and improve the Application, to the extent otherwise allowed under this Agreement, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable laws, and (d) as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, to the extent otherwise allowed under this Agreement. In addition, Orbit will only allow humans to read Google User Data if (a) Orbit has the Customer User’s affirmative agreement with respect specific messages or data;
