’s Discount and Electronic Access The Author, or each co-author, is entitled to purchase for their personal use the Work and other books published by the Publisher at a discount of 40% off the list price, for as long as there is a contractual arrangement between the Author and the Publisher and subject to any applicable book price law or regulation. The copies must be ordered from the affiliated entity of the Publisher (Springer Nature Customer Service Center GmbH or Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC, respectively). Resale of such copies is not permitted. The Publisher shall provide the electronic final published version of the Work to the Author, provided that the Author has included their e-mail address in the manuscript of the Contribution.
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
Texas Family Code Child Support Certification Pursuant to §231.006, Texas Family Code, Contractor certifies it is not ineligible to receive the award of or payments under this Agreement, and acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.
Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.
Texas Education Code Chapter 22 Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide service s to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district t hat they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a sch ool district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing dutie s related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the o ffense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined abo ve. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure tha t the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain t hese precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. Noncompliance or misrepresentation regarding this certification may be grounds for contract termination. Procurement procedures 11.1 The Recipient must secure the best value for money and shall act in a fair, open and non-discriminatory manner in all purchases of goods and services.
MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES Upon termination of this Lease Contract for any reason, Resident shall surrender possession of the Premises in the same condition as when received, in a good, clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash from the Premises and returning furniture to its original placement. Owner shall note the condition of the Premises, including all appliances, furnishings and fixtures therein, and any damage done thereto which is deemed by Owner to have occurred during Resident’s occupancy and use of the Premises. Resident shall pay all utility and service bills to the Premises for which Resident is responsible and cancel all utility accounts in the name of the Resident. Resident shall return to Owner all keys, access cards, and remote control devices, if applicable, issued to the Resident by Owner. If all keys, cards, and devices issued to Resident are not returned to Owner, Resident shall pay all costs associated with re-keying and replacement of locks, keys, cards, and remote devices for the Premises. Resident’s failure to follow the prescribed move-out procedures may result in the partial or full application of the Deposit to cover these charges, but in no event shall such application be construed as liquidated damages. If no Deposit exists, Resident will be charged for all damages, cleaning, repairs, re-keying, and replacement costs, which will be due within 30 days of such billing. In the event Resident moves out prior to the end of the Lease Term, Resident shall be responsible for either the Reletting Fee or the Assignment Fee, in addition to continuing liability for Rent through the end of the Lease Term until a suitable replacement resident is identified.
REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.
