Procurement Procedures definition

Procurement Procedures means the tendering, bidding and contract awarding procedures for goods and services to be submitted by Operator for JMC’s approval pursuant to Article 9.14(c) and Articles 9.12(c, d, e and f).
Procurement Procedures means the procedures developed by the Manager of Procurement Services for the implementation of the procurement policy;
Procurement Procedures means procurement procedures established by the Director of Procurement under Part III of this By-law.
