Common use of LINE OF AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

LINE OF AUTHORITY. The Castle Pines City Manager or his or her designee (the "City Authorized Representative"), is designated as the City Authorized Representative for the purpose of administering, coordinating, and approving the work performed by the Contractor under this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Contractor's designated representative is Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx. Division Manager (the "Contractor Authorized Representative").
