LINE OF AUTHORITY. 1. Within thirty (30) calendar days of ratification of this Agreement and annually thereafter, the Employer will make available to each bargaining unit member an organizational chart of the Center’s Administration, together with a detailed description of the duties, responsibilities, and authority of the various administrators as they relate to the bargaining unit member.
