Common use of LINE OF AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

LINE OF AUTHORITY. The Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation (the “CEO”), her designee or successor in function, authorizes and directs all work performed under this Agreement. Until otherwise notified in writing by the CEO, the CEO has delegated the authority granted herein to the Senior Vice President of Airline and Commercial Affairs (the “SVP”). The SVP will designate a Project Manager to coordinate Services under this Agreement. Reports, memoranda, correspondence, and other submittals required of Consultant hereunder shall be processed in accordance with the Project Manager directions.

The SVP ) will designate a Public Art Program Administrator (“Project Manager Manager”) to coordinate Services professional services under this Agreement. Reports, memoranda, correspondence, and other submittals required of Consultant Artist hereunder shall be processed in accordance with the Project Manager Manager’s directions.
