Common use of Linens and Towels Clause in Contracts

Linens and Towels. The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit or charged to the credit card on file. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need including beach towels. Boats, Jet Skis, Trailers or RVs must be pre-approved. Homes that have Bicycles provided by owners that become lost or damaged will be charged to the guest of record at $375 per bike. Use of bicycle(s) denotes responsibility accepted
