Common use of Lines Plan Clause in Contracts

Lines Plan. It is understood and agreed that the lines plan of the VESSEL’s hull will be developed following the date of this Agreement. Such development shall be undertaken by the BUYER at its own cost, including model tests and calculations. The model will be made available to the SELLER for final model tests of the propeller design. The final model test with design propeller to be SELLER’s cost.
