Liquor and Credit Card Rules. The Employer will make rules and policies with respect to the service of liquor and credit card transactions and these rules and policies shall be posted and a copy sent to the Union. The Employer agrees that any rules and policies with respect to liquor and credit card transactions will not conflict with any statutory regulations or any provisions of this agreement.
