LIQUOR CONTROL LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS. (a) All employees who are involved in the sale or hand- ling of liquor, will be required to comply with all of the relevant provisions of applicable liquor control legislation and any accompanying regulations. (b) All newly hired employees who will be involved in the sale or handling of liquor, will be provided with instructions for the purpose of acquainting them with the relevant provisions of applicable liquor control legislation and any accompanying regulations, and for the further purpose of explaining the importance of complying with those legislative and regulatory requirements.
