BAGGAGE HANDLING FEES Sample Clauses
The Baggage Handling Fees clause defines the charges that apply for the processing, transport, or storage of baggage in connection with a service, such as air travel or shipping. It typically outlines when and how these fees are assessed, for example, specifying costs for checked bags, oversized items, or excess baggage, and may detail payment procedures or exceptions. This clause ensures that customers are aware of additional costs related to baggage, promoting transparency and helping to prevent disputes over unexpected charges.
