EMPLOYEES SERVING LIQUOR. (a) No employee who is involved in the serving of liquor shall knowlingly sell or serve liquor in the Employer’s premises to any person who is under the legal age. Where after asking the person to produce suitable identification and proof of age, such an employee is in doubt as to the person’s age, he/she may refuse service.
EMPLOYEES SERVING LIQUOR. If the employee is directed by a person designated by the Employer to serve a person whose age is in doubt, the Employer shall accept and bear the full responsibility and shall pay any fines or penalties incurred by the employee as a consequence of such service.
