Liquor Sales Manager. The Liquor Sales Manager shall manage the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages by the Company subject to the direction and control of the Vice President and the Board of Managers. The Liquor Sales Manager, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Vice President or Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.

  • General Manager (i) The General Manager shall not at any time have been an employee of CSXT or NSR or any of their affiliates unless otherwise agreed to by both Operators, and shall be appointed by the CRC Board.

  • Medical Director (a) The HMO must have a qualified individual to serve as the Medical Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s).
