Common use of List of Opt Outs Clause in Contracts

List of Opt Outs. No later than five (5) business days after the deadline for submission of opt-out requests, as set forth in paragraph 5.1.2, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Settlement Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel a complete list of all proposed Settlement Class Members who have properly opted out of the Settlement together with copies of the opt-out requests.

List of Opt Outs. No later than five (5) business days after the deadline for submission of opt-out requests, as set forth in paragraph 5.1.2, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Settlement Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel a complete list of all proposed Disclosure Settlement Class Members sure Settlement Class Members who have properly opted out of the Settlement together with copies of the opt-out requests.

List of Opt Outs. No later than five (5) ten business days after the deadline for submission of opt-out requests, as set forth in paragraph 5.1.2, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Settlement Class Counsel and Defendants’ Defendant’s Counsel a complete list of all proposed Settlement Class Members persons who have properly validly opted out of the class of Settlement Class Members together with copies of the opt-out requests. Settlement Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel shall not disclose or use the list except for the purpose of carrying out their responsibilities under this Settlement Agreement.

No later than five seven (57) business days after the deadline for submission of opt-out requests, as set forth in paragraph 5.1.2, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Settlement Class Counsel and Defendants’ Defense Counsel a complete list of all proposed Settlement Class Members persons who have properly opted out of the Settlement together with copies of the opt-out requests.
