Common use of LIST OF SUB-PROCESSORS Clause in Contracts

LIST OF SUB-PROCESSORS. Current non-Affiliate Sub-processors, are listed in Attachment 3 to this DPA, and Customer hereby authorizes the use of such Sub-processors to assist Flipnode with the performance of Flipnode’s obligations under the Agreement and this DPA. Flipnode shall inform the Customer of any intended changes to such List by sending an email. Additionally, the list of non- affiliate Sub-processors is also available in the Services Dashboard.
