Schedule of Values 9.2.1 Before the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect a schedule of values allocated to the various portions of the Work, prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Architect may require. This schedule, unless objected to by the Architect, shall be used only as a basis for the Contractor's Applications for Payment.

Customer List The Administrative Agent shall have received a true and complete customer list for each Borrower and its Domestic Subsidiaries, which list shall state the customer’s name, mailing address and phone number and shall be certified as true and correct in all material respects by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative.

Subproviders and Suppliers List Pursuant to requirements of 43 Texas Administrative Code §9.350 et seq., the Engineer must provide the State a list (Exhibit H-5/DBE or Exhibit H-6/HUB) of all Subproviders and suppliers that submitted quotes or proposals for subcontracts. Exact Names Such Grantor’s name in which it has executed this Security Agreement is the exact name as it appears in such Grantor’s organizational documents, as amended, as filed with such Grantor’s jurisdiction of organization. Such Grantor has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name, or been a party to any merger or consolidation, or been a party to any acquisition.
Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include:
i. Description of the property;
ii. Serial number or other identification number;
iii. Source of funding for the property (including the Federal Assistance Identification Number);
iv. Who holds title, v. Acquisition date and cost of the property;
