Minimum Wage Rate. Any employee promoted after the ratification of this Agreement by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners will be placed at the minimum level of the appropriate pay range or will receive a four percent (4%) promotional increase, whichever is greater.

Minimum Wage Rate. The Contractor warrants that each employee, subcontractor employee, and any contract labor engaged in any way in work hereunder is paid a wage not less than what is generally known as the "Federal Minimum Wage" as set out in 29 USC, paragraph 206, and any amendments thereto. The Contractor shall produce proof of compliance with this provision to the satisfaction of the State when requested by the State. The State shall withhold payments due the Contractor hereunder until the Contractor has complied with this provision.
Minimum Wage Rate. If applicable, Contractor shall comply with minimum wage rates as established by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, Labor Relations Division, and with all other applicable requirements of that department, including posting of the wage rates in a prominent location on the site of hiring for and performance of this Agreement.
Minimum Wage Rate. (a) The Minimum Wage Rate is the minimum ordinary rate that is payable to Barbeques Galore employees. New employees will be employed on the Minimum Wage Rate. Each employee’s individual ordinary rate will be reviewed each year in accordance with the PDR. Minimum Wage Rate. The minimum wage rate for a student employee under the FWS program is the minimum wage rate required under section 6(a) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. (Authority: 42 U.S.C. 2753) [52 FR 45770, Dec. 1, 1987, as amended at 59 FR 61419, Nov. 30, 1994] (1) The institution shall determine the amount of earnings from a FWS job to be applied to a student’s cost of at- tendance (attributed earnings) by sub- tracting taxes and job related costs from the student’s gross earnings. (2) Job related costs are costs the student incurs because of his or her job. Examples are uniforms and trans- portation to and from work. Room and board during a vacation period may also be considered a job related cost if they would not otherwise be incurred except for the FWS employment.
Minimum Wage Rate. The minimum wage rate for Costume Department Coordinators shall be subject to individual negotiation between the employee and the Employer. The Employer may engage a Costume Department Coordinator on an hourly basis or on a weekly “on-call” basis. Any Costume Department Coordinator employed by the Employer prior to the effective date of this Agreement on a motion picture or episodic series which continues production thereafter shall not, as a result of this Agreement, have his/her wage rate reduced during employment on that motion picture or, in the case of an episodic series, during that season of the episodic series.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Annual Percentage Rate Each Receivable has an APR of not more than 25.00%.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Intent to Limit Charges to Maximum Lawful Rate In no event shall the interest rate or rates payable under this Agreement, plus any other amounts paid in connection herewith, exceed the highest rate permissible under any law that a court of competent jurisdiction shall, in a final determination, deem applicable. Borrower and the Lender Group, in executing and delivering this Agreement, intend legally to agree upon the rate or rates of interest and manner of payment stated within it; provided, however, that, anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, if said rate or rates of interest or manner of payment exceeds the maximum allowable under applicable law, then, ipso facto, as of the date of this Agreement, Borrower is and shall be liable only for the payment of such maximum as allowed by law, and payment received from Borrower in excess of such legal maximum, whenever received, shall be applied to reduce the principal balance of the Obligations to the extent of such excess.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.
