Listing of Common Stock and Warrants. The Common Stock and the Warrants have been approved for trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company agrees to use its best efforts to effect and maintain the trading of the Common Stock and the Warrants on the Nasdaq Capital Market for at least three (3) years after the Closing Date; provided that such provision shall not prevent a sale, merger or similar transaction involving the Company.
