Common use of Listing of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Listing of Suppliers. (a) The provider shall submit, within the 60 days preceding the commencement of the provision of the services but no later than the 21st day before the commencement of the provision of the services, in writing, a list of suppliers, freight companies and drivers (hereinafter: "Supplier List") expected to serve the provider during the provision of the services, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4. (b) If the provider wishes to include an additional supplier in the approved Supplier List during the provision of the services, it shall submit a reasoned application to the Security Division and follow the provisions of Section 4 above. (c) The provider undertakes not to receive such services from parties not included in the Supplier List and to notify the Security Division immediately of any party included in the Supplier List that the provider no longer receives service from, whether the termination of service provision has been initiated by the provider or by said party.
