Live Unload. Our standard operating procedure is to contact the consignee 48 hours prior to train arrival at the destination ramp to establish the delivery appointment. We will request a specific day and time. If the time slot is not available, another time the same day will be requested. If the delivery day requested is not available, we will request alternative dates. Note that delaying a delivery may result in accessorial charges being invoiced to the customer.
