LNG Measurement and Testing. 8.2.1 The quality and quantity of the LNG unloaded by or on behalf of the User at the LNG Receipt Point will be determined in accordance with Schedule 3 (LNG and Gas Measurement and Testing Procedures). 8.2.2 If the Parties disagree about a determination under Clause 8.2.1, the matter will be determined by an Expert in accordance with Clause 19.2.
