LNG TRUCK APPROVAL SERVICES. 1.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this LTL and in accordance with the LNG Truck Approval Procedure as set out in the Access Code for LNG Truck Loading, the Terminal Operator shall as from the Effective Date perform, and the Client shall pay for, the LNG Truck Approval Service. Terminal Operator shall under no circumstances be obliged to perform more LNG Truck Approval Services than subscribed.
