Common use of Load and Equipment Limits Clause in Contracts

Load and Equipment Limits. Tenant shall not without Landlord’s consent place a load upon the Premises that exceeds the load per square foot, that the structural portions of the Premises were designed to carry, as determined by Landlord or Landlord’s structural engineer. Upon demand Tenant shall pay the cost of any such determination for items other than the equipment, library, files, and furniture originally approved by Landlord or by Landlord’s structural engineer.
