Load and Equipment Limits. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry as determined by Landlord or Landlord’s structural engineer. The cost of any such determination made by Landlord’s structural engineer in connection with Tenant’s occupancy shall be paid by Tenant within thirty (30) days following Landlord’s demand. Tenant shall not install business machines or mechanical equipment which will in any manner cause noise objectionable to or injure other tenants in the Project.
