Common use of Load Relief Period Clause in Contracts

Load Relief Period. Refers to the hours for which the Company requests Load Relief in a Network with respect to a Term-DLM Event or an Auto- DLM Event, as the case might be; and, provided, however, that the Company will not request Load Relief in a Network with respect to an Auto-DLM Event between the hours of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
