Loading in Lieu of Certain Conditions. 11.1 Employees, other than a Unit Head, Midwifery Caseload Practice, will receive a loading of 35%, in addition to ordinary rates of pay, which incorporates the provisions referred to in clause 6 and is in recognition of the expanded practice and the flexible environment in which work is performed.
