Scope and Persons Bound. This Workplace Flexibility Agreement (‘WFA’) only applies within SA Health (incorporating the Department for Health and Ageing and Local Health Networks) (however described), or any successor agency and will be binding on persons employed to work at one or more of the following SA Health Community Rehabilitation Centres: Elpida House, Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxx Centre as a Community Rehabilitation Worker, classified pursuant to the Operational Services Stream in the S.A. Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award, including as a casual Community Rehabilitation Worker (referred to as a ‘relevant employee’).
Scope and Persons Bound. This agreement supersedes and replaces the Adelaide Festival Centre, Professional and Administration Agreement 2001 and provides the terms and conditions of employment relating to professional and administrative employees employed by the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust (typically these employees are regarded as “fortnightly paid” employees). This agreement is made pursuant to Section 75 of the Industrial & Employee Relations Act 1994. This Agreement shall be binding on the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, the Union and all persons employed by the Trust to perform work covered by the classifications listed in Schedule B but excluding: • Management of the Trust • Trainees employed by the Commissioner for Public Employment under the National Training Wage Award • Employees whose terms and conditions are subject to a fixed term contract that specifies a separate salary review. This agreement is to read in conjunction with the Clerks (SA) Award (the Award). Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Award this Agreement shall take precedent.

Scope and Persons Bound. This agreement applies only to the Company's Manufacturing Operations plant situated at Caringbah, and employees of the Company engaged at this plant under the classifications set out in the relevant awards, set out in Clause 2.2 above.
Scope and Persons Bound. This Enterprise Agreement shall be binding upon Unimin Australia Limited, Australian Workers Union – New South Wales and the employees of the Company whose employment;

Scope and Persons Bound. This Agreement is between DH and the ANMF in respect of midwives employed by hospitals or health services incorporated pursuant to the Health Care Xxx 0000 in a Midwifery Caseload Practice Program, which is the subject of a formal agreement between the DH and the ANMF.

This Workplace Flexibility Agreement (WFA) only applies within the Department of Education (or successor agency) and will be binding on persons employed to work at Wiltja Boarding, classified pursuant to the Operational Services Stream in the S.A. Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award (SAPSSEI Award) engaged in the roles of Youth Worker and Recreation Coordinators (relevant employees).
1.2. Despite any other provision in the SAPSSEI Award or the South Australian Modern Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2017 (or its successors), relevant employees employed to work at Wiltja Boarding in the Department for Education (or successor agency) will be employed in accordance with the conditions in this Appendix.
1.3. Furthermore, this Appendix prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with the provisions of the above industrial instruments.
1.4. The employer and the PSA acknowledge that an informal version of this WFA has been in place since around 1998. This WFA formalises and modernises these arrangements that were previously in place.
Scope and Persons Bound. 4.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd (Armaguard) the Australian Services Union, and all employees of Xxxxxxxxx employed in the State of South Australia by Xxxxxxxxx who are required to perform work covered by the classifications in this Agreement.
4.2 This Agreement will regulate all conditions of employment and operates to the exclusion of, replaces and supersedes all other awards and industrial agreements unless stated otherwise in this Agreement
