Common use of Loan level data Clause in Contracts

Loan level data. Subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Rules and any successor legislation thereto, the Servicer may, for as long as the Class A Notes or (if possible in accordance with the Bank of England eligibility criteria in force from time to time) any other Class of Notes are intended to be held in a manner which will allow Bank of England eligibility, make loan level data in such a manner available as required to comply with the Bank of England eligibility criteria and transparency criteria for asset backed securities (as set out in the Detailed transparency requirements for asset backed securities and covered bonds - Market Notice dated 11 October 2019 as amended and applicable from time to time).
