Common use of Lobby Signage Clause in Contracts

Lobby Signage. Original Tenant and any Permitted Transferee Assignee, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall have the exclusive right to install, repair and maintain its name and/or logo in the North Lobby and the South Lobby. Any such installation, repair and/or maintenance shall be subject to compliance with Applicable Laws and Landlord’s prior approval of any such signs, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. In any event, Tenant shall be entitled to building standard signage in the lobby directory of the North Complex and the South Complex throughout the Lease Term.
