Parking Privileges. The Board shall issue seven permits to the Union for parking in lots adjacent to or near the School Board Administration Building.
Parking Privileges. The Hospital agrees to provide pro-rated refunds to employees on vacation or other authorized leaves of thirty (30) consecutive days or more provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital. Employees who exercise this right will continue to enjoy parking privileges in the same parking area designated for their use upon their return to work. Employees who are on vacation or authorized leaves of absence of less than thirty (30) consecutive days, may assign their parking pass and parking privilege during the period of their absence to another employee with whom they usually commute provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital at least two weeks in advance.
Parking Privileges. Any Resident who parks a vehicle on the Premises will receive an official "Parking Permit". There is a one-time yearly charge of $75.00 payable to East Townhomes Homeowner's Association (hereinafter known as “Homeowner’s Association”. The Parking Permit must be placed in the driver’s side rear window at all times. Resident agrees to use the areas designated as parking spaces, or reserved for vehicular parking, on the Premises only for the parking of motor vehicles including autos, motorcycles, and pickup trucks but excluding trailers of any kind, mobile homes, campers, buses or trucks larger than a three-quarter ton. Additional vehicles beyond the ones permitted, any vehicle without the required Parking Permit or not displayed properly, vehicles parked illegally (Head in Parking Only), vehicles parked in fire lanes, vehicles considered inoperable or abandoned (tags expired, no mirrors, broken windows, etc.) are subject to citation and towing at the owner’s risk and expense. A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Resident understands and acknowledges that it is their responsibility to advise any of their invitees / guests the proper manner for parking their vehicles, and Resident agrees to determine in each case that they have complied therewith. Resident further agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for any claims by the Resident's invitees for the towing of their violation of these rules. Resident shall NOT park in the visitor parking area, even if they have a parking pass. If a vehicle has been towed, Resident and / or guest(s) will need to contact the towing company displayed on the sign at the entrance of the Premises. Ownership, Management, and the Homeowner’s Association shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any towing cost, damage, or loss to any motor vehicle or its contents. Resident and their invitees / guests are advised to obtain appropriate vehicular insurance coverage. Any Parking Permits lost will cost $75.00 to replace.
Parking Privileges. Reference is made to the fact that affiliates of Landlord have constructed three (3) parking garages (hereinafter the “Garage” or the “Garages”) within the Development Area shown on Exhibit F to serve the Building and other buildings constructed or to be constructed by Landlord or affiliates of Landlord within the Development Area. The existing Garage, with vehicular entrances from the south side of Broadway and the east side of Xxxx Street, is also sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “East Garage.” The existing Garage, located on Parcel 2 of the Development Area with vehicular entrances from the north side of Broadway and the south side of Binney Street is also sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “North Garage.” The existing Garage located on Parcel 3 of the Development Area with vehicular entrances from the west side of Xxxx Street and the east side of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Way, is also sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “West Garage”. Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly parking privileges in the West Garage in number not to exceed parking for one and one half (1 1/ 2) passenger automobiles for each 1,000 square feet of Rentable Floor Area of the Premises (as it is contemplated to increase or decrease pursuant to Article XVII) for the parking of motor vehicles in unreserved stalls by Tenant’s employees commencing on the Commencement Date of the Lease Term. The parking privileges may be shifted from time to time to the East Garage by notice from Landlord; provided however that parking shall be provided in the West Garage for no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total number of automobiles for which Tenant elects to have parking privileges pursuant to this Section 10.1. For the avoidance of ambiguity, notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the parties agree that in no event shall the Tenant’s parking privileges be shifted to the North Garage without the express written consent of Tenant, in its sole discretion. Tenant shall, not less than six (6) months prior to the Commencement Date (i.e., on or before December 1, 2008), give Landlord notice with regard to the initial number of automobiles for which Tenant desires parking privileges, not exceeding Tenant’s entitlement pursuant to this Lease, and it is contemplated that this figure shall be increased upon the occurrence of each Rent Commencement Date, with respect to each Premises Component which has a Rent Commencement Date later than the Commencement Date, by the amount ...
Parking Privileges. The Hospital agrees to provide pro-rated refunds to employees on vacation and authorized leaves in accordance with the Hospital’s Corporate Parking Policy. The Hospital shall provide two (2) corporate parking passes to the Local Union Executive at the Employee rate. The Union shall identify to the Hospital the designated Union Executive representatives who shall be in receipt of the two (2) corporate passes. The Hospital will xxxx the Union on a monthly basis and the Union will reimburse the Hospital within thirty (30) days of being billed.
Parking Privileges. During the term of this Agreement the Employer will maintain three (3) parking spaces at the downtown facility for bargaining unit employees. Parking at the airports will continue to be provided as is current practice i.e. that parking will be provided. (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) PARTY OF THE FIRST PART AND CANADIAN OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES’ UNION, LOCAL 378 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) PARTY OF THE SECOND PART RE: RENTAL SALES AGENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM With respect to the above cited subject matter, the Employer and the Union do hereby expressly and mutually agree as follows:

Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly parking privileges in the Prudential Center Garage (the “Garage”) for four (4) passenger automobiles for the parking of motor vehicles in unreserved stalls in the Garage by Tenant’s employees commencing on the Commencement Date. In the event that the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises decreases at any time during the Lease Term, the number of parking privileges provided to Tenant hereunder shall be reduced proportionately.
Parking Privileges. Lessee is authorized to take up to a maximum of ten (10) parking permits. Lessee must take a minimum of seven (7) parking permits. See Article 31.
Parking Privileges. Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation, from time to time throughout the Term of this Lease, to lease from Landlord up to one hundred six (106) Unreserved Parking Privileges (defined below). Subject to availability (as reasonably determined by Landlord), Tenant shall have the right to lease from Landlord up to twenty-one (21) additional Unreserved Parking Privileges, which additional Unreserved Parking Privileges shall be at Landlord's prevailing rate. To the extent Tenant is leasing more than eighty-five (85) Unreserved Parking Privileges, Landlord has the right to designate the locations of such Unreserved Parking Privileges in excess of eighty-five (85) Unreserved Parking Privileges. Subject to availability (as determined by Landlord), Tenant shall have the right to convert (on a one-to-one basis) the lease of up to fifteen (15) of Tenant's allocated one hundred six (106) Unreserved Parking Privileges to Reserved Parking Privileges (defined below), which Reserved Parking Privileges shall be in locations reasonably designated by Landlord. Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, (i) Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per Reserved Parking Privilege per month, (ii) for the one hundred six (106) allocated Unreserved Parking Privileges, no charge for months 1-36 of the Initial Term and Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) per Unreserved Parking Privilege per month for months 37-60 of the Initial Term and (iii) Landlord's prevailing rate for the additional twenty-one (21) additional Unreserved Parking Privileges (if any).
