Lobbying Expenditure Restriction. The Supreme Court will take necessary steps to ensure the recipients and subrecipients of grant funds under this contract represent and warrant that OAG’s payments to recipients and subrecipients of grant funds under this contract and receipt of appropriated or other funds under the contract or grant are not prohibited by Sections 403.1067 or 556.0055 of the Texas Government Code which restrict lobbying expenditures.
