Local and State Meetings. Requests to attend local or state meetings which do not exceed one day in duration must be submitted to the Superintendent for his approval. Requests must be made one week in advance.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.
