Common use of Local Approval Clause in Contracts

Local Approval. The Municipal Aggregation Statute provides that a city may initiate the process to aggregate electrical load upon authorization by a majority vote of the city council with approval of the mayor. The City obtained such authorization by vote of its City Council on March 20, 2017. A copy of the City Council vote is attached as Exhibit A.
