Local Provisions. Regular monthly salary payments shall be made on the last teaching day of each month. Each teacher on staff as of September 1 shall receive a salary advance of forty-five (45) percent of net monthly salary on or before the fifteenth (15) day of each month. For teachers hired subsequent to September 1st, advances will commence the month following the month of hiring.
