Common use of Local Service Request (LSR) Clause in Contracts

Local Service Request (LSR). The Ordering and Billing Forum document designated by CenturyTel to be used by the Parties to establish, add, change or disconnect local Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements for the purpose of providing competitive local Telecommunications Services. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Local Service Request document will be used by the Parties to initiate carrier-to-carrier arrangements related to each Party’s number portability obligations. The document may also be used for the exchange of subscriber information, in conjunction with each Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
