Locally Produced Programming. The Cable Board and the TBNK Member Governments agree that at least two-thirds (2/3) of the Original Programming for Community Program/Public Access Channels shall be locally produced.

Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person you wish to access the Software.
