Locating Remainder Beneficiaries. Grantor acknowledges that the Pooled Trust may incur additional costs if the Remainder Beneficiaries listed in Schedule B of this Joinder Agreement cannot be located easily. Grantor acknowledges and agrees that the Trustee may recover its reasonable costs and expenses associated with locating such Remainder Beneficiaries.

Locating Remainder Beneficiaries. Grantor acknowledges that the Pooled Trust may incur additional costs if the Remainder Beneficiaries listed in Schedule B of this Joinder Agreement cannot be located easily. Grantor acknowledges and agrees that after repayment of the State Reimbursement Claims, the Trustee may recover its reasonable costs and expenses associated with locating such Remainder Beneficiaries. 1 The most recent version of the Pooled Trust is the 2019 Amended and Restated Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota Special Needs Pooled Trust.

  • Member Benefits The members shall be entitled to the following benefits during the term of this Agreement, save and except as otherwise hereinafter provided:

  • Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

  • Superior Benefits Employees receiving benefits and/or wages specified in this Agreement, superior to those provided in this Agreement, shall remain at the superior benefit level which was in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, until such time as such superior benefits are surpassed by the benefits and/or wages provided in succeeding agreements. This provision applies only to employees on staff as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Survivor Benefit Upon the death of a regular employee who leaves a spouse and/or dependants enrolled in the Medical Services Plan, Dental Plan and Extended Health Benefit Plan, such enrolment may continue for twelve (12) months following the employee’s death, provided the enrolled family members pay the employee’s share of the cost of the premium for the plans. The Employer shall advise the survivor of this benefit.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Survivor Benefits 1. A surviving dependent of a retiree who was eligible to receive a Retiree Medical Grant, as stated above in A through C, and who qualifies for a monthly allowance shall be eligible for fifty (50) percent of the Grant authorized for the retiree.

  • Class, Collective and Representative Action Waiver THE PARTIES AGREE THAT COVERED CLAIMS WILL, AT EITHER PARTY’S ELECTION, ONLY BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND THAT EACH WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR RECEIVE COMPENSATION FROM ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NO PARTY MAY BRING A CLAIM ON BEHALF OF OTHER INDIVIDUALS; ANY ARBITRATOR HEARING A COVERED CLAIM MAY NOT COMBINE MORE THAN ONE INDIVIDUAL’S CLAIM OR CLAIMS INTO A SINGLE CASE OR TO ARBITRATE ANY FORM OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. SHOULD ANY PORTION OF THE FOREGOING WAIVER BE FOUND INVALID, THE REMAINING PORTION THAT IS VALID WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

  • Long Term Disability Benefit In the event an employee, while covered under this plan, becomes totally disabled as a result of an accident or a sickness, then, after the employee has been totally disabled for seven (7) months, including periods approved in Section 1.3(a) and (c), he/she shall be eligible to receive a monthly benefit as follows:

  • Other Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.
