Location and Use. The County will furnish reasonable Union bulletin board space which is mutually agreeable to the parties at certain locations at County Buildings where employees covered by this agreement are employed. The boards shall be used for the following subjects:

This includes an exclusive bulletin board at the Juvenile Home, Animal Control Department and Community Center. The boards shall be used for the following subjects:
