Common use of Location and Use Clause in Contracts

Location and Use. The County will furnish reasonable Union bulletin board space which is mutually agreeable to the parties at certain locations at County Buildings where employees covered by this agreement are employed. The boards shall be used for the following subjects: A. Union recreational, social and related news bulletins; B. Scheduled Union meetings; C. Information covering Union elections or the results thereof; D. Reports of official business of the Union including reports of committees, Local officers or the International; E. Any other material which has been approved by the County Executive and Local Union President.

This includes an exclusive bulletin board at the Juvenile Home, Animal Control Department and Community Center. The boards shall be used for the following subjects: A. Union recreational, social social, and related news bulletins; B. Scheduled Union meetings; C. Information covering Union elections or the results thereof; D.
